Strengths-Munib Lohrasbi

Honestly, I have completed many forms of this type of survey and at this point I would have to say that I am fairly self aware of my strengths and other personality traits. There were no real surprises for me in the assesment. I know that I am a strong and confident leader who is able to lead both through example and in a proactive way as well all while keeping an eye on the future.

    I agree, I can guess what your strengths are just by knowing you, but I'd like to see if it matches up with the actual results.
